We are a trio of genuine, cheerful, no-nonsense experts in International Marketing and Consumer Insights who decided it was time to change the creative development process. During our time working for international corporates we worked with many agencies, big and small - we learnt along the way what works and what can be done better. 
Our core team is all about strategy. Once we get a clear understanding of your business challenge, we cherry pick the right team for you on a project by project base, - independent strategists, project managers, creators and designers.
As a team we are flexible, fast and at our best when we work directly with clients that want to get involved. In that sense we are pretty special, and we like it that way.

For the last 20 years Marc, has experienced how challenging it can be to bridge the gap between consumer (insights) and marketing/ sales/ product. His expertise is to help organisations to overcome this gap by applying his past experience; Prior to founding his own company, Marc was heading up Global Marketing Intelligence and leading marketing activation teams in Northern Europe. 

Loves to make:

Complex things easy. Figuring out the puzzle and sharing the solution.

Lives in:

Haarlem with his wife and two daughters and a cat.

Outside work you find Marc at:

Running in the dunes, enjoying a good dinner or playing Catan with family and friends.

Eva Sutter

Founder | Chef Smooth Operations, Marketing & Creative

Passionate about building brands, in specific challenger brands.

Eva has led some of the biggest global brand campaigns at ASICS HQ, touring the world between Japan and Amsterdam. She also loves to drive real change and built her own start-up that empowers women in specific resilience training.

Loves to make:

A difference and deliver impactful campaigns.

Lives in:

Haarlem with her girlfriend and 2 furry shepherd kids.

Outside work you find Eva at:

the beach kitesurfing, cycling, swimming or walking her dogs.

Klaartje van Schuur

Co-Founder | Chef Research & Spicy Insights

Passionate and contagiously enthusiastic, Klaartje gets excited about any product she works for (you might just find a loyal customer in Klaartje after she works with you). She has solid experience from working for research agencies and from freelancing for the last five years.


Klaartje believes that research is no crystal ball; it's meant to inspire and nourish. Even a small focus group, we can look at what people say about your brand or category, to help you guide the (creative) process.

Loves to:

help her clients find out who their target group really is. Klaartje also loves to bake cakes.

Lives in:

The middle of everything, in dynamic Amsterdam, with George and cats Ramses and Nelis.

Outside work you find Klaartje at:

At the gym or yogaschool, roaming the streets of Amsterdam or any other place where there's lots of people around her.
